Ingredients:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups walnut halves
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, combine the brown sugar, oil, vinegar and pepper.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until blended.
3. Add walnuts; cook and stir 6-8 minutes longer or until well coated and sugar is melted.
4. Spread on foil to cool.
5. Store in airtight container.
