Ingredients:
2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
4 teaspoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. In a large steamer, cook the sweet potatoes until tender.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over moderate heat. Add the sugar and lime juice and bring to a boil.
3. Add the sweet potatoes, salt and ginger, and cook for 10 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are nicely glazed.
