Ingredients:
1 large lemon
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Peel lemon; cut rind into 1/4-inch-wide strips. Reserve lemon for other uses.
2. Combine lemon rind and corn syrup in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Toss lemon rind with sugar, and spread on wax paper to dry.
