Ingredients:

  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking mix
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter firm
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. Mix 2 cups baking mix, whipping cream and sugar until soft dough forms then shape into ball and pat down onto an ungreased pizza pan.
  3. Spread apples over dough.
  4. Mix 1/4 cup baking mix, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly then sprinkle over apples.
  5. Cover edge with 2 strip of foil to prevent excessive browning.
  6. Bake 5 minutes then remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
  7. Heat jelly until melted then drizzle over tart.
