Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats, raw
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/3 cup blueberries
1 oz walnuts, raw
1 t cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cover oats with water and nuke for 60 seconds.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and chow down.
