Ingredients:
2 1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
salt to taste
1/2 cup melted butter
5 eggs
1/3 cup milk or cream
1 tsp maple extract
pie shell , single crust unbaked for 10 inch pie pan
chopped nuts optional
Directions:
1. Beat with hand mixer brown sugar, flour and salt.
2. Add gradually melted butter, eggs and milk, at low speed, enough to mix ingredients together.
3. Add maple extract.
4. Pour in a 10 inches pie shell (this pie is pretty big).
5. Add nuts.
6. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes and at 425F for 30 minutes or golden and set
7. Cool completely
8. Serve with whipped cram atop
