Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup whipping cream
1 (9 inch) baked pie crusts
Directions:
1. Combine maple syrup and cream in a saucepan. Blend cornstarch with water and stir into maple syrup/cream mixture.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
3. Pour filling into baked pie shell and let cool until set. Enjoy!
4. Serves 6 to 8 people.
