I use this recipe when I go hunting. Everything you need in one package.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ground beef
2 slices onions
salt and pepper
1 slice green pepper
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 medium carrot, grated
1 medium potato, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Directions:
1. Shape meat into a large patty, place onion on a large piece of foil, top with meat patty, salt and pepper, potatoes, green pepper, cabbage, celery and carrot. Grill for 1 hour. Or 350 degrees for 1 hour.
