Campbell's Kitchen Beef Teriyaki

Simply delicious stir-fries start with Swanson® Broth, such as this classic featuring beef strips and crisp-tender broccoli in a soy and garlic-flavored sauce.
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 3/4 cups swanson® beef broth (regular, lower sodium or certified organic)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
hot cooked rice
Directions:
1. Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, brown sugar and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
2. Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and juices evaporate.
3. Add broccoli and cook 1 minute. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
