Everyone loves Green tea! It is a natural anti-inflammatory that reduces redness and calms irritated skin. This treatment calms down red skin like a blessed magical charm!
Ingredients:
1 green tea bag
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Steep a bag of green tea in a cup of water for 7 minutes, allowing all of the green tea's goodness to distill.
2. Pour onto a washcloth.
3. Squeeze the washcloth lightly.
4. Spread it over your full face.
5. Relax for 10-15 minutes.
6. Re-soak the cloth in the green tea-water mixture and spread it over your full face again.
7. Relax for 5 more minutes.
8. Pat dry.
9. Moisturise your skin with your favourite moisturiser.
10. Let the skin calm down and rest.
11. Do this daily until calmness is restored.
12. Enjoy!
