My version of the classic Greek salad (or salata horiatiki). No olives, so a lot less salt, but really yummy - my guests all rave.
Ingredients:
6 cups cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1 cucumber
3 ounces feta cheese
1 avocado
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt
Directions:
1. cut cherry tomatoes in half and put in bowl.
2. dice red onion and add to bowl.
3. peel, seed and dice cucumber and add to bowl.
4. crumble feta and add to bowl.
5. dice avocado and add to bowl.
6. add olive oil and salt.
