Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a baking pan or casserole dish with aluminum foil.
  2. Place frozen chicken breasts in pan.
  3. Mix together the salsa, mustard and lime juice.
  4. Pour over the chicken and spread it out somewhat evenly.
  5. Cover with aluminum and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove aluminum and continue to back for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with lime slices and cilantro and enjoy :).
