Quick and delicious cole slaw recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sun-maid natural raisins
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sliced green onions
dressing
1/3 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. COMBINE all salad ingredients.
2. COMBINE all dressing ingredients and BLEND well.
3. POUR dressing over salad.
4. ADD salt and pepper to taste.
5. TOSS and serve.
