I don't recall where this came from, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 medium avocado, peeled & mashed
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 lbs ground beef
salt
pepper
6 italian bread, slices toasted
lettuce
4 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, avocado, onion, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl until well blended. Add tomato, mix lightly.
2. Shape meat into six oval patties. Broil on both sides to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
3. For each sandwich, cover bread slice with lettuce, patty cream cheese sauce and bacon.
