Nice light calamari rings-not to fatty.
Ingredients:
150 g fresh squid rings
2 teaspoons flour, seasoned with
salt & pepper
salad mixed vegetables
3/4 cup cooked rice, seasoned with
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
lemon wedge, to serve
Directions:
1. Toss the calamari rings in flour.
2. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over high heat.
3. Add calamari and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Serve with veggies, lemon rice and lemon wedges.
