Wow! Super easy recipe with only a few ingredients. The sky is the limit to the different types of flavors of cake mixes you can turn into cookies. Ingredients:
1- 8 oz. cool whip |
1 pkg cake mix (dry) |
1 egg |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix together by hand:
2. Cool Whip,
3. cake mix (any flavor)
4. one egg.
5. Mix well.
6. Put powdered sugar in small bowl.
7. Spoon one Tablespoon of dough into the powdered sugar.
8. (I use two spoons)
9. Roll dough around until covered with powdered sugar.
10. Put on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
11. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 10 min.
12. Let cool 2 min.
13. Remove from pan to cooling rack.
