Cajun Turkey Chow Mein

Found this on Recipe Goldmine and it sounds very interesting and easy.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 lb ground turkey
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Saute celery, green pepper, garlic and onion in olive oil.
2. Add ground turkey and brown.
3. Stir in tomatoes, rice, seasonings and water.
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
