This dish is very spicy and hot but so good at tailgate parties for football but I have about 30lbs for the tailgate partied otherwise I just make this like the recipe calls for. Oh you had better watch for the hotness and you had have some beers standing by to put out the fire, HEEEE, HEEEEE, HEEEEE
Ingredients:
1 (8-oz.) plain yogurt
1 tbsp. tabasco
1-1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp. hungarian paprika
2 tsp. ground red pepper
2 tsp. salt
18 chicken wings (about 3 lb.)
1 stick butter, melted
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir yogurt and Tabasco until smooth.
2. In another bowl mix flour, paprika, pepper and salt.
3. Add chicken wings to yogurt mixture, toss to coat, then dip wings into flour mixture to coat.
4. Let wings sit on waxed paper for an hour so the coating sticks.
5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
6. Arrange wings in single layer in large roasting pan lined with non-stick foil.
7. Drizzle with melted butter.
8. Bake wings until fork tender.
9. Makes 18 wings (1 wing per person)
