Easy-to-make, but delicious recipe for fish. Works well with steelhead trout as well. I typically serve with a cooked veggie (broccoli, spinach, green beens, etc) and brown rice. You can adjust garlic, ginger, and Old Bay amounts to your liking.
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet
4 garlic cloves, pressed
2 inches fresh ginger, pressed
3 tablespoons old bay seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil (try garlic infused if feeling adventurous)
1 ziploc bag
Directions:
1. Combine garlic, ginger, Old Bay, olive oil, and fish fillets in a large ziploc bag.
2. Allow fish to marinate for at least 24 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Line baking tray with aluminum foil, lay fillets on the baking tray. Bring aluminum foil up and around the fish.
5. Allow fish to bake for 20 minutes.
