  2. Add meat.
  3. Coat on both sides with seasoning mix. Heat Crisco oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat.
  4. Add meat.
  5. Reduce heat to medium.
  6. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until dark brown.
