Butterfly618 says I use it on almost anything . I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Mix altogether.
2. Enjoy!
