Ingredients:
1 cup paprika
1/4 cup salt (optional)
1/3 cup onion powder
1/3 cup garlic powder
1/3 cup cayenne (dat's hot)
1/4 cup white pepper
1/4 cup black pepper
2 2/3 tablespoons thyme
1/4 cup oregano
1 1/3 tablespoons ground ginger
1 1/3 tablespoons ground sage
Directions:
1. Combine and mix all ingredients and use your preferred amount to pre-season your favorite barbecued/grilled, baked, broiled or pan-fried meat or fish.
