Cajun-Blackened Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) swordfish steaks (1/2 inch thick)
1 recipe cajun seasoning blend
Directions:
1. Dredge fish in Cajun Seasoning Blend; set aside.
2. Place a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until very hot. Add fish, and cook 3 minutes. Turn fish, and cook 2 to 3 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Fish should look charred. (You may prefer to do this procedure outside due to the small amount of smoke that is created.)
