Cajun Baked Potato Casserole

Yummy. What a great way to eat a potato. How can you go wrong with all the added cajun flavors. Boy-Howdy.
Ingredients:
6 large potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 green onions green part only
1 cup raw medium shrimp
1 cup crawfish
cajun seasoning
garlic
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes.
2. When slightly cooled cut potatoes in half and arrange in a large casserole dish leaving skins on potatoes.
3. Press down with a fork.
4. Spread butter over potatoes then spread bacon bits over butter.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Devein and peel shrimp and crawfish then sauté in butter with garlic and Cajun seasoning.
7. Add to casserole then spread grated cheese over top.
8. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on top of cheese.
9. Bake 15 minutes then top with onion tops.
