A lovely Belgian coffeehouse beverage.
Ingredients:
1 egg white
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups coffee
Directions:
1. Beet the egg white untill stiff.
2. Whip the cream and the vanilla till stiff.
3. Gently fold together the whipped cream and the egg white.
4. Fill 4 cups 1/3 of the way up with egg mixture.
5. Divide coffee between 4 cups.
