Caesar Salad With Fried Dace Filets

Fried fish from china in a salad.
Ingredients:
3 heads romaine lettuce leaves
6 ounces baby salad leaves
1/2 cup fried white fish fillet
1 cup caesar salad dressing
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
crouton
Directions:
1. You can but this fried dace fish at the Chinese market. Remove bone and hand shredded the fish and drain off the oil from the can.
2. In a mixing bowl blend the dace filets, oyster sauce, pepper and Caesar dressing and mix well.
3. In a chill salad bowl blend the two lettuces and toss well. Before serving blend in the Caesar dressing as needed and toss together and top with croutons.
