I love this recipe. This dressing is delicious. Tastes just like or maybe even better than regular caesar dressing. And oh-so low cal. Yum. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fat-free greek yogurt or 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon malt vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
2. Taste and season (with salt and pepper).
