This is a great Caesar Salad Dressing for garlic lovers. The ingredients can be mixed earlier in the day and chilled. You can throw on some grilled meat to turn it into a main course salad.
Ingredients:
3 crushed and chopped up garlic cloves
2 coddled egg yolks
1/3 cup olive oil
2 dashes tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Make dressing - mix pepper, garlic, eggs. Slowly add oil to thicken. Then whisk in Tabasco, mustard, Worcestershire, vinegar, & lemon juice. salt to taste.
2. Chop 1 small head of Romaine lettuce, grate parmesan cheese, add croutons, bacon bits & lemon wedges If you like a lot of dressing, this recipe will leave a large head of Romaine a little dry.
3. DON'T USE WET LETTUCE!!! Make sure to dry it.
4. Serve immediately after adding the dressing to avoid the soggies
