Ingredients:
9 cups romaine lettuce, in bite size pieces
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup garlic-flavored croutons or 1/2 cup caesar-flavor croutons
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked til crisp and crumbled
6 slices red onions, broken into rings
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine lettuce, crumbled bacon, onion and croutons.
2. Pour the dressing over and 1/2 the cheese, toss well.
3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
