Cabbage With Potato Slices Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook whole potatoes until almost done.
  2. Let cool,.
  3. Then slice on the thin side and set aside.
  4. Saute onion in butter.
  5. Add soup, dressing and milk.
  6. And mix well.
  7. Combine with cabbage.
  8. Coat a 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  9. Place 1/2 the cabbage in the bottom,
  10. Then 1/2 the potatoes
  11. And then sprinkle with 1/2 of each
  12. Of the cheeses.
  13. Repeat.
  14. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or
  15. Until potatoes and cabbage are tender.
