My take on a low cal lunch.
Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 onion, diced
4 celery ribs, diced
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
14 cups water
10 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and bring to a boil.
2. Turn heat down and simmer until veggies are soft.
3. Serve warm or cold.
