  1. Put water, coarse chopped cabbage, onions, and celery into a stock pot and heat until vegetables are tender. Add tomato juice, can of diced tomatoes, 2 chipotle buillon cubes and vegetable broth into soup and heat until heated through. Makes about 17 2 cup servings.
