Ingredients:
1 lb shredded cabbage
1 c shredded carrots
4 scallions, chopped
1/4 c vinegar, unsweetened rice vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together and toss. Serve cold.
