This is from Cooking light; it is great with Fish Tacos.
Ingredients:
4 cups green cabbage, very thinly sliced
1 cup plum tomato, chopped
1/3 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, tomato, green onion, cilantro.
2. Use your judgment on the lime juice.
3. Slaw is better the longer it sits!
