Cabbage in Sour Cream

Another one from my AMC cookbook.
Ingredients:
4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
1 teaspoon caraway seed
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
8 ounces sour cream or 8 ounces yogurt
Directions:
1. Wash the cabbage well and place in a saucepan.
2. Add the seasonings and cover.
3. Heat the pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Stir in the sour cream/yogurt just before serving.
6. It tastes delicious served hot or cold.
7. I like it cold!
