Cabbage/Chicken Nachos

A little something different for chicken nachos!
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans of mixed chicken meat
1/2 tablespoon of chicken fajita seasoning mix (can add more to taste)
1 yellow bell pepper (finely chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (finley chopped)
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
tortilla chips
shredded cheese, of choice (very good with swiss or white cheddar)
shredded cabbage (already shredded is fast and easy)
sour cream
avocado
salsa
Directions:
1. Mix first 7 ingredients together and heat on stove top until peppers and onions or soft and liquid is reduced. (about 10-15 minutes) while still hot pour over chips, layer with cheese, cabbage, garnish with sour cream, sliced avacado, salsa and enjoy!
