Cabbage Cheese Casserole

Awesome way to eat cabbage.
Ingredients:
1 medium head cabbage
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 can milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup cubed velveeta cheese
6 slices bread cubed
1 stick butter
Directions:
1. Cut up cabbage in small pieces then cook in slightly salted water for 3 minutes.
2. Put in colander and let sit for a while to drain well.
3. Melt 3 tablespoons butter then stir in flour and add milk.
4. Combine cabbage with sauce.
5. Stir in cheese and keep stirring until cheese melts.
6. Add salt and pepper.
7. Put in buttered casserole.
8. Brown bread in 1 stick butter.
9. Put on top of cabbage and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
