Cabbage Caraway Soup

Ground Beef with Crushed Caraway, Tomato juice and thin sliced Cabbage. Serve with crusty rolls for sopping up - or not!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 tbls of caraway, crushed in palm of your hand
1 32oz can tomato juice
1 small cabbage, sliced thin
pepper to taste
(no need for additional salt due to high sodium in the tomato juice)
could also add cubed potatoes to the soup for an even more hearty dish.
Directions:
1. Fully brown ground beef
2. Add Caraway seeds in the dry pot with the beef (before juice)
3. Add tomato juice all at once
4. Add cabbage slices
5. Stir to mix together
6. (add potatoes at this point - watch that it doesn't become too thick)
7. Let simmer until cabbage is totally wilted.
8. Can be slow cooked, or use a crock pot if more water is added.
9. Even better next day!
