Cabbage and Walnut Stir Fry

Asian stir fry that makes a good main dish or can be paired with a thai chicken dish.
Ingredients:
12 oz white cabbage
12 oz red cabbage
4 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp walnut oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 scallions, trimmed
12 oz tofu, cubed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup walnuts
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Shred red and white cabbage.
2. Heat peanut and walnut oil. Add garlic, cabbage, scallions and tofu. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring.
3. Add lemon juice, walnuts, mustard and salt and pepper. Cook until cabbace is tender, about 5 minutes.
