Cabbage and Peanut Coleslaw

A quick, easy slaw that goes well with many things.
Ingredients:
8 cups shredded cabbage
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup dry roasted salted peanut
Directions:
1. Add cabbage to a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, curry powder, salt, and pepper together; add dressing to cabbage and toss to coat well.
3. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
4. Add peanuts and toss just before serving.
