Buttery Dutch Baked Oatmeal

I've tried many baked oatmeals, most dry and not so perfect. This is the absolute best in my opinion. This can be doubled easily, just bake for 35-40 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 9-inch-square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
