Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
1 (10-ounce) package frozen baby lima beans, thawed
2 tablespoons yogurt-based spread (such as brummel & brown)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan; add beans. Cover and simmer 8 minutes. Drain well. Add yogurt-based spread and remaining ingredients to beans; stir well.
