Butterscotch Gingerbread Men

Run, run as fast as you can. You can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man! This another recipe from My Christmas Collection.
Ingredients:
cookie dough
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
icing
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
assorted decorator candies
raisins
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and pudding mix. Add egg. Combine flour, ginger, baking soda and cinnamon; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out to 1/8 thick. Cut with a 5 gingerbread man cutter. Place 1 apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
3. To decorate: Combine powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Frost and decorate cookies with candies and raisins.
