Butterscotch Fudge

Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) packages butterscotch chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
16 marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
candied cherry, cut in quarters
Directions:
1. Combine butterscotch morsels, milk marshmallows in top of double boiler.
2. Place over boiling water, stir occasionally, until melted smooth.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla salt.
5. Pour into greased 8 square pan.
6. Chill until almost firm.
7. Cut into squares, press cherry quarter on each square.
8. Makes about 2 1/4 lbs.
