This is really yummy!! You can use any pudding you want with it! I think next time I make this I'm going to try it with banana cream pudding and sliced bananas!!
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 -2 cup cool whip
2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes butterscotch pudding
Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Mix topping ingredients, except the pudding, together and spread over crust.
3. Mix the pudding according to package directions and spread over topping. Top with cool whip. Chill before serving. Keep refrigerated.
