This is a recipe I got from a co-worker. It's a nice cool dessert for summertime. It's also easily put together!

Ingredients:

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple (crushed or with juice)

1 (3 ounce) box instant butterscotch pudding mix

4 gala apples (chopped)

1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

8 ounces cool whip (thawed)

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
2. Refrigerate until chilled.
