Butterscotch Coconut Sauce

Great over vanilla or coconut ice cream! Or give a try over pound cake or cooked bananas.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon dark rum
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat 4 TBSP water and brown sugar.
2. Cook over high heat until the sugar dissolves and browns, forming a glaze; stirring frequently.
3. Immediately add coconut milk and rum; stir.
4. Serve warm.
