Butternut Squash with Maple Syrup

Ingredients:
1 (2-pound) butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Steam squash, covered, 25 minutes or until very tender.
2. Combine squash, syrup, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mash squash mixture with a potato masher.
