Butternut squash casserole
Ingredients:
2 eggs
4 cups butternut squash
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 ounces vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. bake squash at 350 for 1 hour
2. let cool
3. scoop out innards and mash
4. add other incredients and mix
5. pour into an 8x8 pyrex and bake at 425 for 40 minutes
