Butternut Squash Sauce

Great with pasta or as a filling.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon olive oil
6 cups butternut squash
3 cups low-fat milk
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon kosher salt
1/10 lbs parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Remove rind from squash and cube into 1 inch square cubes. Stirfry for a while, until carmelized and softer. Blend squash and return to saucepan. Add milk, garlic and other spices.
